This is an easy way to easily check chainstay clearance and chainline for the Radius cranks. The gage is laser cut from of thick matboard and goes right through your bottom bracket. It works like a caliper, where the right side is slid over the left and the measurement is shown.
The amount of travel for the preloader on the left and spacers on the right (in 0 through 6.5mm in 0.5mm steps) are shown for reference. They allow you to dial in your chainline to your liking.
The gage is made for 170mm, but longer and shorter ones will have the same offset at the pedals.
Here's some files for free download. Be sure to measure in the software to be sure the scale is correct. Print 1:1. Some clipping on the outer edges might happen, but those won't affect the working parts.
